It's a gorgeous Tuesday evening in Manitowoc: the sun is shining, the temperature is higher than it's been for months, the wireless is free, and the WAAL faithful are beginning to assemble for the annual conference. I'm here for the WAAL Board meeting; somewhat ironically, one of our agenda items is discussing a location for the 2010 WAAL conference. Never hurts to plan ahead...
